Hunt as followsAt this Comittee The petition of Mr. John Boucher< no role > of
London Merchant (referred to them by the Court 13 July last) was read Setting forthThat he propose to take a Lease of
a House (N: 1) in Lime street Square late in the Occupation of Lagier Lamotte (& part of
the Passions of Bethlem Hospital) for 11 or 21 years to Comenco from Laday next at
£15 P ann rent clear of Taxes payable quarterly at the Compting House at
Bridewell Hospital and to pay a Fine of £100 & lay out £120 [..] repairs Etc to
Execute a Counterpart of such LeaseAnd Mr. John Boucher< no role > in [..] Attending this
Comittee for his Uncle John Boucher< no role > Senr proposed to take a Lease with
usuall Covenants between the Governors of the sd. Hospital of Bethlem & their
Tenants from Laday next for 21 Years determinable on Notice one year
before the Expiration of the 11 first Years at £18 P ann Rent payable
quarterly at the Compting House of Bridewell Hospital clear of Tunes
and to pay a Fine of £100 and layout £80 in necessary Repairs According to
an Estimate Signed by Mr. John Cordwell< no role > and Mr. Benjn. Blainden< no role > 22d July
last & to Seal a Counterpart of such LeaseWhere upon the Comittee are
of Opinion to Accept the said Proposals upon which the said Mr.Boucher

to the Judgment of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion be
Reported to the next CourtThis Court haveing duly Weighed & Considered
