Upon reading a Report dated this day under the hands of Mr. Thomas
Nicholl< no role > and Mr Samuel Roble< no role > two of the Governor s of these hosplls.
That in pursuance of an Order of Court of the tenth day of January
Last they had made enquiry and find that Edward Fordham< no role > , Thomas
Cooper< no role > & Herriott Hornby< no role > (who Served their apprenticeships in
this hospital) are Sett up for themselves in their respective Trades
and have the Character of diligent Sober men It is Ordered that
the Clerk of the hospital to give and pay unto the said Edward Fordham< no role >
Thomas Cooper< no role > and Herriott Hornby Ten pounds a peice out of Mr
Locks Gift
