Lady day Last and to give a fine of One Hundred and thirty
pounds and pay Ten pounds P Anum Rent & to build two new Houses the front and rear
Walls Brick within Seven years from the date of his Lease &
to be worth One Hundred pounds It is Ordered that
the Consideration of the Said proposal be Referred to the
Comee of this House who are desired to Report their
Opinion to this Court what they think proper to be dow
therein.
