Att this Court Samuel Dexter< no role > Weaver one of the Artsmas . of this Hospital
Complained agt. Wm Corne< no role > his Apprentice . that he was a pilfering Idle boy
not fitt for his Service and that it was not safe to keep him in his house
and desired to be freed from his said Apprentice who being prsent and not
denyeing his masters annsacon but desireing also to be discharged francis
Apprentipp Itt is Ordered That the Indentures betweene the said
Dexter and Come be Cancelled And that the said Wm. Corne< no role > be
kept at hard Labour

Also at this Court Allen Page one of the Artsmrs . of this Hospital
Complained agt. Richard Bell< no role > his Apprentice That the had runn away
from hi, and Stayd five Months at Sea but the said Richard Bell< no role >
appearing to be Sorry for his Offence and promiseing to be have himself
well for the future And praying that he might Serve the remand of
his apprentipp to his said Mar. to which the said Allen Page< no role > consented
Itt is Ordered That the said Richard Bell< no role > doe returne to his said
Master and Serve the remaindr. of his Apprenpp to him And that the
Steward of this Hospital dee provide Clothes for the said Richard Bell< no role >
he being almost unked

Also this Court being informed by the Surgeon of this Hospital
That Mathews one of the Convict prisoners in this Hospital is
very bad of the for old disease and cannot be [..] ed but by fluxing
for which there is at present now convenient plate in this house
Itt is Ordered That the said Matthews be fluxed in the
Porters Mans room and that a Bed be Sett up there for that purpose

Comee to Draw up a
Memorial to ye Queen

Ariseing to ye Hospital
ye. Numbr. of Convicly

Also this Court doth Order That it be Returned to the Comittee of
this Hospital to Draw up a memorial to be layd before her Majestye
to Represent the inconvenientyes Ariseing to this Hospital by the
number of Convicts Sent luther which is greater them this House
can containt and Secure
