Also upon reading the humble Peticon of Charles
Breame< no role > one of the Tents. of this Hospital Settingforth That his
uncle held by Lease a Wharke and Several Messuages in
Bridewell Precinct which being burnt downe by the fire of
London his said Vuncle imediately afterwards rebuilt the same
and had not the Allowances which were then generally made
to the Sufferes by that fire but only an addicon to his Term
at the Old Rent the other Tents of this Hospital had great
abatements of their Rent as well as the Renewal of their
Leases That the Petr. and his Uncle had laid out great Sumes
of money in building makeing good and repaireing
the prmisses and Ph [..] ilarly the Wharfe and that the Petr.
had very lately laid out £150. in now wharfeing p to
of the prmisses which he could have mended at a [..]
lesser expense and been wth. in the Covenants of his Lease
purely relyeing on the favour of this Court in allowing
him some Considracon upon his Removal but that great
Pte of the said Wharfe still remained of necessity to
be made good and other repaired to be done to the
prmisses and that his Lease is were expireing and
praying a now Lease and a Compensacon for the great
Rent and Charged he hath paid for the prmisses Itt is
Ordered That the Conisderacon of the said Peticon be
Referred to the Comittee of this House

Bendall< no role > Mercht . one of the Tents. of this Hospital Setting fortr
That Sr , Wm. Warren< no role > formerly purchased of this Hospital for
a Terme of yeares a great quantity of Land in Wapping
and after haveing new built a great pte and repaired
the rest a fire burnt all downe to the ground (except his
dwelling house That he afterwards improved the said
estate and wth. the Assistance of the Hospital Erected the
Publick Staires (called King Edwards Staires & made a
