Mr. Lade Reported from the Comittee appointed to
wait upon Coll. Cass That they had acquainted him That this
Court had Elected him Treasurer of these Hospitals And that he
was pleased to accept of the Office

Eleccon Day [mark]

Then this Court being cheifly called & appointed
for the Eleccon of a President Treasurer Auditor Generall and
Comittees and for the confirmacon of the Governors and Officers of
the said Hospitals proceeded to Eleccon accordingly

And the Right worshippfull Sr. Wm. Withers< no role > Knt & Alderman
the prsent President being nominated to be chosen President of
these Hospitals for the year ensueing It plainely appeared
that the said Sr Wm Withers< no role > is by all the Governors here present
unanimously Elected President of these Hospital for the
year ensueing

And the worshippfull John Cass< no role > Esqr . the prsent Treasurer being
nominated to be Elected Treasurer of these Hospitals for the yeare
ensueing It plainly appeared that the said John Cass< no role > Esqr . is
unanimously Elected Treasurer of these Hospitals for the Ensueing year

Also at this Court the Worshippfull Sr Gabriel Roberts< no role > Knt . the
prsent Auditor Genrall being nominiated to be Elected Auditor Genrall
or Standing Auditor of these Hospitals for the year Ensueing It
plainly appeared That the said Sr Gabriel Roberts< no role > is unanimously
elected Auditor Genrall of these Hospitals for the Year Ensueing

And for the Keepers of the Keys of the Great Chest The President
the Treasurer and Auditor Generall

And year to being at

Also This Court takeing notice that the Auditors of the Accounts
of these Hospitals have been usually appointed year before
they were to Audit any accounts doth therefore Suspend the
Eleccon of any Auditors for this time And doth Order
That John Lade< no role > Esqr . Mr. Benjamin Tudman< no role > Mr. Parker
Mr. Francis Forbes< no role > Mr. John Roydhouse< no role > Mr Nathll. Woolfreys< no role >
Major Hulls Mr. John Cottle< no role > who were the last Eleccon day
appointed Auditor for the year then ensueing be the Auditor
for the Accounts of these Hospitals for the year Ending at
