Also Mr. Treasurer Gardiner Acquainted this Court that
Doctor. Richard Moreton< no role > Executor . of the last Will & Testament
of Doctor. Edward Tyson< no role > deced late Physitian to these Hospitals had
caused an Assignement of an Annuity of Fifty pounds for Ninety
Nine years from Christmas 1705 to be made to Trustees for the
benefitt of the Hospital of Bethlem and the other Hospitals in
the said Will menconed according to the directions of the sd. Will
and Mr. Wm. Gardiner< no role > on behalfe of the said Executor desireing
that he might be discharged from the same Thro' Court dotr
as farr as in themlyeth Discharge the said Executor. of and from
any further demand concerneing the Said Annuity

made at the next Court that Shall be held for these Hospitals and

Also upon reading the Humble Peticon of Bridgett Spyers< no role >
widdow Settingforth That she hath held a house and a Small
Tenement thereunto adjoyneing in Old Bethlem for many
yeares undr. a Lease which will expire in about a yeare and
a halfe and praying a New Lease either to her selfe or her
Son Benjamine Willer< no role > Itt is Ordered That the
Considracon of the said Petition be Referred to the Comittee of
this House who are desired to Report to this Court what they
thinke proper to be done therein
