Alsoe uppon reading the Certificate of Mr. Perry & Mr. Pennyman
twoe of the Governors of this hospitall That uppon inquiry they
find that Robert Abbot< no role > whoe was brought up an Apprntice in this
hospitall wth. Dale Clarke< no role > Silke weaver and since made a freeman
of this Citty by the approbacon of this Courte is [..] set up for himself
in his said Trade in the house of one Mr. Hinde in few en streete
but wants as cocke to manage the same It is ordered by this
Courte That Mr Trer Dunane doe give and pay unto him
Five pounds out of the profitts of Mr Locks P in to the better to
enable him to set up and manage his sd Trade to be allowed
Mr. Trer on his next Accompt

Christ church in Surry
to pay this Arreared
for keeping Mary Slater< no role >

Alsoe uppon the humble peticon of the Church wardens and
Overseeres of the poore of the parish of Christchurch in the
County of Surrey for a mitigacon of the weekely paymt. off
Twoe shillings and sixe pence [..] a weeke for keeping
Mary Slater< no role > a poore Lunatike woeman of that parish in
the hospitall of Bethlem It is Ordered by this Courte that
they shall pay the Arreared for her keeping in the said hospitall
before their peticon shalbe taken into consideracon

off hee before Sett up


Alsoe uppon the humble peticon of William Farr< no role > Citizen & Lord weynrs
of London whoe was brought up and Apprntice in this hospitall with
Thomas Pulling< no role > shoemaker and since made a Freeman of this
Citty by the approbacon of this Courte and set up for himselfe in
his said Trade of a shoemaker in the house of Mr. Short in Blackfryrs
as her alleadgeth for some parke of Mr. Lockes guift the better to
enable him to set up and manage his sd. Trade It is ordered by
this Courte that Major Kilby and Mr. Smyth twoe of the Governors
of this hospitall be desired to inquire if hee be for sett up for
himselfe in his sd Trade and of his behaviour and hope fullness
there in And make reporte thereof to the next Courte

inquired off


Alsoe uppon the humble peticon of Jonas Billing< no role > Citizen and
Pyn maker of London whoe was brought up an Apprntice in this
hospitall wth. John Bilbert< no role > and Wm. Elsly< no role > Pymnakers and since made
a Freeman of this Citty by the approbacon of this Courte and sett Up
for himselfe as hee alliageth in his sd Trade of a Pynmaker [..]
[..] as hee alleageth in Long Lane nee St George's
Church But wants a stocke to manage the same for P [..] of
Mr. Lockes Grift the better to enable him to set up & man agd
