the weekely paymt. of five shillings towards the charge of
keeping John Robinson< no role > a poore Lunatike in the hospitall
of Bethlem London where hee hath beene kept at this
charge above sixe monethes It is ordered by this Courte
that shee giveing security to pay twoe shillings a weeke
for the future for his keeping there That then the same
shalbe accepted and the bom for Paymt. of five Shillings-
a weeke shalbe delivered up to be cancelled

sd Elizabeth Staynes< no role > is duely elected there unto whereupon
It is ordered by this Courte That the said Elizabeth Staynes< no role >
be admitted Cooke to the sd. Hospitall to Enjoy the same
during the Pleasure of this Courte
