Itt is ordered by this Courte Thatthe [..] Mr. Berry doe seale
the bond lastly drawne up by the Comittee for the hospitall of
Bethlem for the provideing of Margart Rawson< no role > a poore Lunatike
there before shoe shalbe delivered out of the said hospitall to-
him

Apprntice to be elected

Alsoe it is ordered that the severall & boyes lately put out Apprntices
in the hospitall of Bridewell London shalbe new clothed at Easter-
next ensueing and not be fore

improve the hospitall

Alsoe it is ordered by this Courte That the Presidt. & Trer of-
this hospitall may put out & improve such money as shalbe pd
for the Rents of the Land in Kent on any other money in Mr. Trers
hands that belong to the hospitall of Bridewell London , for-
the use [..] of the sd. hospitall

Apprntices set up to have
£5. at first and £5 after
of Mr. Lockes guist


Alsoe it is ordered by this Courte That all such Apprntices that
shall have served out the tyme of their Apprnticeships in this hospitall
and made. Freemen of this Citty by the approbacon of this Courte and-
set up for themselves in their sd. trades and make applicacon to this
Courte for some parke of Mr. Lockes gaise the better to enable them
to set up and manage their Trades shall have Five pounds-
a poore given unto them of the said guist And that if it
appeares to this Courte that they doe rightly manage and
improve the same That then if they make applicacon at the-
End of sixe monethes It shalbe then taken in to consideracon
whether any more parte of Mr. Lockes gaist shalbe given unto them

Alsoe uppon reading the reporte of Mr. Cullam and Mr West twoe of the
Governors of this hospitall that uppon inquiry they finde that
Mathew Potley< no role > whoe was brought up an Apprntice in this hospitall-
wth. William Elsly< no role > Pymaker and since made a freeman of this Citty
by the approbacon of this Courte and set up for himselfe in his sd
Trade in long lane in Southwarke and well reported off It is
ordered by this Courte That Mr. Trer Duncane for give and pay
unto him Five Pounds out of the profits of Mr. Lockes guift the
better to enable him to set up and manage his said Trade to be
allowed Mr. Trer on his next Accompt
