Who upon his Oath saith That about half past
8 oClock last Right as he was walking down
Shorts Gardens in Drury Lane in the Parish of
Saint Giles in the Files a man came up to him
and Assaulted him and Seized hold of his watch
Chain with intent to Steal his Watch That this
Informant said he should not have it and Struggling
with him the Two Silver Seals came off from the
Chain and the man then Endeavoured to make his
Escape but this Informant Pursued him and
took him into Custody That the Man who so assaulted
