The Voluntary Information
of Benjamin Miller< no role > taken
before me [..] one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in & for the
sd County.

Who being upon Oath saith that on
Saturday last the 20th of April inst being
at two Fathers House; a person now present
whowho calls himself John Bevan< no role > This name instance is in set 1523. came
and asked him to go on board his Lighter
or part then lying at Briants Wharf
Lower East Smithfield , Where he slept
with [..] the sd. Bevan and a boy now prest.
who calls himself Robert Clod< no role > , that about
Two oClock on the Sunday Morning the sd Bevan
awakened this Informt. and ordered from to get
into a Shift then lying along side the Print
which he did, as also Bevan, and the sd Bevan
also ordered Robert Clod< no role > to move the Punt
down the River to Union Stairs , and then this
Informt. & the sd. Bevan went in the Shift
alongside of a Barge lying at Black Lyon
Wharf where the sd Bevan went on board
and [..] took out of the said Barge
Seventeen Sacks of a Malt whichwaswere put
into the Print aforesd. belonging to the said
Bevan and then the said, Pint [..] they rowed
down the river to Union Mud Hole
