further says that when he put his hand to his fob and missed
his Watch as aforesaid, he called out and said "that he had
lost his Watch" when he observed said Bennett Harbourne< no role >
run away-that this Informant then seized the said
Henry Haslam< no role > by his collar and held him last, charging
him "with stealing his said Watch, until he saw his said
Watch held up by the said David Miles< no role > , to be owned.
