for the said County
Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant Patrick Roche Farrill for himself
saith that about last March or April was twelve
Months he Lodged in the House of one Jonathan
Fiske< no role >
in Edward Street
Portman Square
and [..]
continued there untill about January last during
which time this Informant had Occasion at
various times to raise Money and the said Jonathan
Fisks< no role >
accepted his Bills for several large Sums
of Money And this Informant further saith that
on the 15th. day of this present Month of May the other
Informant William Fox< no role >
presented a Note [..] to
this Informant demending the payment of it being
£150 but this Informant told the said William
Fot that he knew Nothing of the said Note and that
it was not his [..] Writing or the Name of his
Signingbut that the same as a Forgeryhe then
took it away and this Day presented the said Note
again to this Informant. for payment which he
refused and which Note is now produced and is
as follows
