Buckle set with Garnets a pair of Silver Shoe
Buckless a pair of [..] Plated Candlesticks
which Goods amounted in Value to Ten pounds
Nine Shilling and Six pence all which goods
(except the plated Candlesticks) the said Robert
Holloway
< no role > This name instance is in set 3658. put into his pocket and desired this
Informant to being or sent the Candlestick with
the Bill of Parcel in the Evening to [..]
No. in Castle Street Saint Mary Le Bone
& the said Robert Holloway< no role > told this Informant as
he was a young beginer in Trade it might not be
convenient for him to give the balance of the said
Bill of Exchange at that time, therefore he would
call again in a few Days as he should want
some more things [..]
[..] this Informant carried the plated
Candlesticks according to the Directions of the
said Robert Holloway< no role > but he was not at home
this Informant left the Candlesticks & a Bill
of Parcels with his Servant Mary that about two or three Days after
the above transaction the said John William
Leo
< no role > called upon this Informant and desired
him to let him see the Bill of Exchange which he
had accepted as he might know when it became due
he having forget to make a Memorandum of it
and he expected to receive some money very soon
& should take it up before it became and not if he was
not did appointed upon which this Informant she was
the Bill to the said John William Leo< no role > & he [..]
then went away. This Informant further saith
that on the tenth Day of the same Month of
September the said Robert Holloway< no role > came
again to this Informants Shop & looked out
[..] pair of Stone Shoe Buckles and
other Goods to the amount in Value of five pounds
seven Shillings & three pence but two pound &
two shillings was deducted for goods which the
said Robert Holloway< no role > had returned-therefore the
amount of the Goods in all came to fourteen
Pounds fourteen Shillings and Nine pence
this Informant those asked him to Indorse the
