Who being upon Oath says that on Whitsun Monday last
about 10 o Clock at night he was robbed of a Silver
Watch on the Road near Battle Bridge by two Footpads
one of whom he Immediately Lecured named Geo Lovell< no role >
And further Says he is very sure that a Person now
present who calls himself Benjamin Murphy< no role > is
the [..] other Persent who robbed him as aforesaid and who
at that time made his Escape.
