request and in the Resence of said Harrison the said Notes
were then Destroyed

And this Informant further saith that
onabout the order Kind of [..] the Eighteenth
day of August 1772 he this Informant went to Mr.
Harrison house about Eight o'Clock in the Morning to
ask Mr. Harrison if the knew where Mr. Daniell
Quarrington Lodge when Mr. Harrison told this Informant
he did not know, but walked with this Informant to the
Treasury Coffee house where they partsd about Nine
that Morning, And this Informant saith that on the next
Day the said Harrison came to Nassan Street and there met Mr.
Leo Whom the presence of this Informant, [..] Leo did
write Two Notes which said Two Notes and Harrison
did Sign but to whom said Notes were made payable
or on whom Drawn this Informant doth not know or
Can recollect

And this Informant further saith that in
the first week of September [..] Mr. Leo did hire
a Lodging of one Mr. Nichols in Buckingham Street No.7
and that Articles were drawn up and Witnessed by this Informant
that then this Informant left Nassan Street and went to lodge
in Buckingham Street where Mr. Leo caused his name to
be fix'd on the Door of the said House on a Copper Plate
that in a few days after a Silversmith did come to Mr.
Leo in his Lodging in Buckingham Street and brought
some Plate [..] Mr. Leo offer'd to him a note of Harrison
but the Silver smith desir'd Time to Enquire about
Harrison and after such Enquiry told Leo He would
not give six pence Laeditson Harrison and the next
Day after the above Transaction in the Evening another
Silver Smith came and brought severall Goods to the
house of Leo in Buckingham Street and the Holloway was
then with him but upon the Silversmith's coming into
the Parlour Holloway Run up Stairs and Leo Talked to the
