the Savey farme
in or neare the parish of Denham
in the Counties of

: held under a Lease Expireing at Michas 1712: at the
Rent of Fifty pounds P Ann To grant him a New Lease of the same
premisses together with a Close or piece of Meadow or pasture Ground
called Chequers containing by Estimation four Acres and an halfe
or thereabouts lyeing in a Certain Meadow called Southmead
in the said
Parish of Denham
now held by

Expires at Christmas hat To Hold the sd: Farme with the Apperts
for the Terme of One & Twenty Yeares to Comence from Michas in the said
Year of our Loro 1712: and to hold the said Close for the Terme of Two and
Twenty Yeares and three quarters of a Year to commence from Christmas
next At the Years Rent of fifty One pounds from Michas 1712: And in the
mean Time Twenty Shillings

Consideration of a Fine of £1550 whereof £750: was par'd Downe and the
remaining £500: was to be paid by Eight Equall Halfe Yearly payments at
Lady Day and Michaelmas in every Yeare The first payment whereof was
made at Lady day last As also in Consideration of the Charge which the
said James Galar is to be at in Building a New Barne and Granary
and makeing a New Bridge over the River and putting the rest of
of the premisses into sufficient Repaire In which Lease are to be
Contained Severall Speciall Excons Provisoes and Agreemt: relateing to
the said Farme and premisses besides the Usuall Covenants

with a Covenant therein against the Acts and Incumbrances
of his Father under whom he Claims the same asHeir at
Law which Covenant was thought the more needfull in Regard the
