has been paid into the hands of Mr. Treasurer by Mr. Benjamin Smith< no role > Mr Jeremiah
Powell
< no role > and Mr James Townsend< no role > who were made Executors. of the said Will or One
of them. And we haveing considered how the said Legacy may be disposed of to
answer the Intent of the said Mr Salmons Will. Wee recomond it as our Opinion
That Forty Seven Pounds & five Shillings part thereof should be applyed to
purchase the above menconed Pightle of Mrs. Sybed, And that the Remainder
should be disposed of and applyed by Mr Treasurer towards the ordinary Charge
and Expence of this Hospitall in and about the maintenance and Support of the
Sick and wounded persons therein.

Mr Davis the Apothecary of this Hospitall haveing represented to us
That since the allowance made to him in February 1711 in respect of the Extraordinary
Charge he was at for Medicines by reason of the great Increase of Patients in this
Hospitall beyond what was formerly, and the like extraordinary charge is still
continued and is like to be for the future for which he prayes a further allowance
Wee recomend it as our Opinion that this Committee should be impowred to Consider
of the said Request and make such allowance to him as the Committee shall think-
proper from time to time whilst the said Extraordinary Charge continued

of this Worshipfull Court.

Which Report was well liked of and approved by this Court
And in perticular the Opinion of the said Committee mentioned in the said
Report in relacon to the disposition of the Legacy of One hundred pounds
given to the use of this Hospitall by Mr. John Salmon< no role > deced and sometime
since paid to the Trear of this Hospitall by his Executors : Mr. Benjamin Smith< no role >
and Jeremiah Powell< no role > and Mr. James Townsend< no role > or One of them was approved
by this Court, And the said Legacy was ordered to be imployed and disposed of
accordingly And all the rest of the proceedings of the said Committee menconed
in the said Report are agreed to and confirmed, And it is ordered that the said
Report be in all points observed and performed according to the true intent and
meaning thereof, and the same be entred in the Reportory of the proceedings of
this Court.
