Covent: to be Incerted
to Country Leases
for oblidgeing the
Jehs: to plant Trees
on Cutting down of others


Wee have Ordered that in all Country Leases for
the future there be a Covenants a Incerted for the Oblidgeing
the Tenants upon the cutting down of any Tree of Oake
Ash, or Elnie in any Heoge Row or field to plant another
Thriving Tree of the Life Fine at the next Season for planting
and as Near the place of the other as may be under a propper
penalty.

Ghixing Ward for
Cleane Women to be
made.


Wee have Agreed that a fluxing Ward for Cleane
Women should be made in the place where the Surgeon's
men used to Ledge and that some other conveniency be provided
for them which wee have referred to the Care of Mr: Trear.

View at Alvethley
made of the Marsh
Wall & Buildings there


Pursuant to the Direccow of the said Generall Court of
the Twenty fourth of November 1710: Wee have Caused a
view to be made of the Marsh Wall and Buildings belonging
to our Estate at Alvethley in Essex lately held by Lease by Mr.
Henry Collyer< no role > Deced afterwards by his widdow and now by his
son Mr: Jabez Collyer< no role > and have Considered of the matters
thereby to us referred and doe humbly Report what wee have
observed on the said view as followeth Vizt:

Wee havehavefound the Marsh foot House & Buildings
there in good Repaire and the new Marsh Wall seems to be Firme &
in good Order But wee Think it necessary the said Mr: Collyer should
plant Reed before it for the better secureing the Fore land lyeing
between the said Wall and the River.

The House on the Left hand side of the [..] Leading from
the Marsh to the Towne of Alvethlye Wee found to be in good
Repaire As alsoe the new Barne on the other side of that Lane
Built about Three years agoe by the said Henry Collyer< no role > on a piece
of Land Called the Twenty Acres.

Wee found the Farme House in the Lane near Alvethley Church
and Two Barnes and a stable with a Large Cow house lately new
Built with Oath and severall new Built Calfe Coops were all in
good Repaire Except the place used for Brewing and an Out Kitchen
and the stable, which were Ordered to be forthwith Repaired and have
been since Informed the same have been repaired accordingly

And Wee having in pursueance of the said Refferrence
Considered whether any further Addicons or alteracons were fitt
or necessary to be made in the said Houses and Buildings are of
Opinion That the said Farmehouse near the Church with the said
new C [..] house and [..] Calfe Coopes (wth: have been built by the
said Mr: Jaber Collyer since the said Generall Court) And the said
