Oath saith yt. the sd. Jas. Kilby sometime before his
Death Rented a House in Duck Lane in the Parish
of St. Bartholomew the Great London of the Yearly
Rent of £12 & lived in the same some Years And this
Examinant further saith that ye. sd. Jas. Kilby after
he left the sd. House nor she Elizth. his Widw. since his
Death ever Rented £10 a Year Paid Parish Taxes lived
with any Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the Space
of one Year whereby to gain any other Settlement
as this Examinant hath been informed & verily beleives
