Gray< no role > Singlewoman Aged Eighteen Years & upwards Taken
the 26th. Day of May 1739 Who upon her Oath saith yt. upwds.
of three Years ago the above Named Agnes Gray< no role > was hired
to & lived a Yearly hired Servt . with one Mr. Jeffrys in little
Drury Lane in the Parish of St. Mary Le Strand in the
County of Middx Taylor for the Space of fourteen Months
at the Yearly Wages of Two Pounds And this Examint.
further saith yt. the sd. Agnes Gray< no role > never Rented any House
Paid Parish Taxes lived with any other Person as a Yearly
hired Servt. for the Space of one Year or otherwise gained
a Settlemt. in any other Place to her Knowledge or beleife
& that she is now Poor & Sick & not able to maintaine herselfe
