The Examination of Elizth. Wright< no role > Widw . taken the 10th. day
of March 1738 Who upon her Oath saith that before her
Intermarriage with James Wright< no role > her late Husband he the said
Jams. Wright lived as a Yearly hired Servt . with one Mr. Gooding
at the Kings Arms in Haughton Street in the Parish of St.
Clement Danes in the County of Middx Inholder for the
Space of five Years & upwards at the Yearly Wages of Five
Pounds or thereabts. And this Examint. further saith that her
said Husband in his Life time nor she this Examint. since his
Death never Rented any House Paid Parish Taxes lived
with any Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the Space of one
Year or otherwise gained a Settlement in any other Place to
her knowledge or beleife & that she is now Sick & Poor &
not able to maintaine herselfe
