Treasurers Accompts to the day of his Death had been duely
Audited by the Auditors Appointed by this Court. [..] And That

Treasurer.

Agreement And the other Halfe at Michas 1717. And he is to be Obliged
to put the said Tenement into Good and Substantiall Repairer.
