Grant to Mrs
Tuckfeild


Wee have Agreed with Mrs.Tuckfield Our Tennant of a House
in St. Thomas's Parish next to the Hospitall to Grant her a new Lease
there of for 21. Yeares from the End of the Present Lease (being Michas
1716.) at the Old Yearly Rent of £2. 4s. In Consideracon of a Fine of £40.

Dyed in August last.

Grant to Alud
Denn.


Wee have Agreed with Mr. Alud Denn< no role > to Grant him a Lease of
part the Gravell Pitt Feild in Hackney neare the Bowling Green now
held by Mrs Cooke Upon a Lease Expiring at Lady Day 1720 and Lying
at the North West Corner of the said Field Containing infront next a Lane
there called Morning Lane 165. Foot And towards the Way or Passage
leading Morning Lane to the Bowling Green House 135. foot for 51.
Yeares from the End of the said Mrs. Cookes Lease at 40s. P Ann Rent Free
from Taxes He is to Lay out £300. in Substantiall New Brick Buildings
upon the said Ground before the End of the first yeare of the said Terme
The Foundation Walls where of are to be Two Bricks and a halfe Think
The First Story to be Two Bricks Think and the Upper Story to be
One Brick and halfe Think with a Plain Tyled Roofe and Good
Heart Lathes And in Regard Weeare of Opinion That the remaining
Part of the said Gravell Pittfield And like wise the Field and Ground
lying Opposite it on the Other Side of the way or Passage Leading
from Morning Lane to the Bowling Green House may be Improved at
the End of the said Mrs Cookes Lease by telling our the same to be built
upon Wee have Caused the said Peice of Ground now Lett to Mr Denn to be
admeasured and Sett out at a Proper Distance Backwards from the said
Way or passage Leading to the said Bowling Green House That so the
said Way or Passage (which is now Narrow) may be inlarged to the
Breadth of 46. foot Incase the Ground on each side shall here after
happen to be Built upon And Wee have Agreet That the said Mr Denn
shall during the said Terme have a convenient and Sufficient Way
or Passage to and from the Ground now Lett to him over and throught
the Ground now Left and lying between the said Way or Passage
leading to the said Bowling Green house and the said Ground now
Lett to the said Mr Denn and which is intended for Widening the said
way or Passage in Case of New Buildings as aforesaid.

Fees


There having been a Customary Allowance made to the Surgeon
of this Hospitall upon the Amputacon of the Limbs Fingers or Toes
of Poor Patients which upon Examinacon amounts to about £10. P
Ann And the Surgeons Complaining that this Allowance has been
the Occasion of Some Refleccons upon them Wee have therefore
thought it propper and Recommend it to this Court as Our Opinion That
for the future £4. P And be Allowed in Lien there of to Each of Our
Three Surgeon And that the said Amputacon Fee shall intirely ceases

A Pupill Allowed
the Apothecary .


For the Encouragement of Mr. Dickman Our Apotherary Wee
have Allowed him take One Pupill yearly So as he be a Person
Qualified as is required in the Case of Surgeons Pupills and being first
Approved and Allowed by Your Grand Committee Pent the said Mr.
Dickman is to be Answerable for his Miscarriages or Imbezillments

Houses in St.Thomas Parish formerly Granted by Two Leases to
Joyce Whittle< no role > (being then but 3 Houses) at the sever all Ground Rent
of £3. and £4. £3. P Ann One Expiring of Michas 1717 And th other at
