The Orderd and Proceedings of the Last Generall
Cout Read Approved and Confirmed

Mr. Treaturere Accompt for the yeare Ending at
Lady Day last having been duely Audited and Signed was presented
Apporved and Confirmed.

It is Referred to Mr. Hassey Mr. Dawson Mr Lyde Mr. Gunston Mr
Guy Mr. Kenrick and Mr. Raper with Treasurer for the time being
or any Three of them To Give such Orders as they Shall think Proper
for the Taking an Accompt of the Deeds Writings Bookes and Papers
belonging to this Hospital And also to Direct in what manner
They may be here after best kept for the Service of the Hospitall
And for Preserving the same from Accidents.

The Right Worshipfull the President Acquanited this Court
That Thomas Cole< no role > This name instance is in set 2526. Esqr . late Treasurer of this Hospitall being Dead
The Grand Committee thought it proper to Deferr making their
Report till a New Treasurer should be Chosen.

Whereupon William Cole< no role > Esqr . and Richard Merywether< no role > Esqr
were Severally put in Nominacon for Treasurer And the said William Cole< no role >
was Elected and Chosen as Treasurer of this Hospitall who being present
in Court Accepted the said Office.

Ordered That the four standing Auditors and the Eight other
Auditors named at the Last Court to Audit the Treasurers Accompt [..]
Lady Day last Doe proceed to Audit his Accompts from that time to the time of his
Death being the thirteenthday of December lastly
