Wee have Appointed Thomas Burgh< no role > of Harrolds Parke neare
Waltham Abbey in the County of Essex to be Woodreeve of all the Hospitall's
Woods in Parndon during the Pleasure of the Generall Court or Grand
Comittee And have Agreed to Allow him £50: P Ann: to be paid at Midsomd
Yearely for his Care and Trouble therein And have likewise Appointed
him Game keeper for the Mannor of Parndon Taylfers dureing the Pleasure
of the Governors.

In Pursuance of A Refference to us by the Last Generall
Court upon the Representacon of Mr: John Davis< no role > our late Apothecary
praying an Allowance for the Extraordinary Charge of Medicines
provided by him for the Use of this Hospitall from February - 1711:
Wee have Considered of the said Representacon and have fully Examined
into the Allegacons of the said Mr: John Davis< no role > relateing thereunto And
have Ordered £50: to be Allowed him as A Gratuity for his Extraordinary
Charge since the Last Allowance.

Wee have Agreed with Mr: Joseph Powell< no role > and Mr: Richard Account< no role >
to Grant them a Lease of three Old Houses in St. Thomas's Parish
(lately held by Susannah Holmden< no role > Deced) for the Terme of Eleven
Yeares from Midsomer Last At the Old Yearely Rent of £2:4t: In
Consideration of a Fine of £5: to be paid in hand.

Wee have Agreed with John Cambden< no role > to Grant him A
Lease of A Mesuage or Tenement in New Gate Markett for the
Terme of Sixteen Yeares and Three Quarters of A Yeare from
Lady Day 1714: (At which Time his present Lease Expires) At the
Old Yearely Rent of Six and Twenty Pounds Payable Quarterly
being the full Improved Rent.

Wee have also Agreed with Elizabeth Pratt< no role > to Grant her A
New Lease of another Mesuage or Tenement in New Gate Markett
for the Terme of Sixteen Yeares and Three Quarters of A Yeare from Lady
Day 1714: (At which Time the present Lease heretofore Granted of the
said premisses to Anne Weldon< no role > will Expire) At the Old Yearely Rent of
Three and Twenty pounds being the full Improved Rent.

to be bounded by
Denter Stores


Wee have Ordered the Ground in New Gate Markett belonging
to this Hospitall and Lyeing before the said Houses in the Possessions
of the said John Cambden< no role > and Elizabeth Pratt< no role > which was after the
Fire of London intended to have been Laid into the said Markett and
was Sett Out for that Purpose but hath never Yett been paid forby the
City To be Distinguished and Bounded by Denter Stones for the
better Evidenceing the same for the Time to Come.
