The Pretident Acquainted this Court That the Late
Treasurers Accompts to the day of his Death had been duely
Audited by the Auditors Appointed by this Court. [..] And That
the Ballance had been paid by his Executors to the present
Treasurer.

The Report from the Grand Committee of their Proceeding
since the Generall Court Ford the 15th. July 1715. was Read as follows vizt.

Affairs of this Hospitall Do Report our Proceedings there in

Deceased Our Tennant of a House and Peice of Gardon Ground Couseyning
about three Acres and an halfe in Shoreditch Parish in Middx [..]
Upon a Lease Expiring at Michas 1717. At £7. p Anna Rent To Grant
him a new Lease of the Premisses for 21. yeares from the End of the
present Lease at the Old Rent of 7th P Ann And the former Fine of
£65. Where of On halfe was to be paid within a Fortinght after the
Agreement And the other Halfe at Michas 1717. And he is to be Obliged
to put the said Tenement into Good and Substantiall Repairer.
