other House and New Barne in the aforesd: Lane Leading from the
Marsh to Alvethley Towne, are sufficient Buildings for the use of the
Tenants who shall hold the uplands granted by the solld Lease to the
said Mr: Collyer And that the said Marsh Foot House and the Buildings
there are sufficient for the Marsh grounds Granted by the said Lease

The Litle Cottage over against the said Farme house and also the
Cottage by the Windmill (which are built on the Waste of the Mannor)
wee found to be in good Repaire.

And as to the Trees which have been planted by the said Henry
Collyer
< no role > pursueant to a Covenant for that purpose in the said Lease Wee
found they were for the most part dead or dueing and are of Opinion
that no Trees will thrive there. The Soyle occuring not to be propper for
them: But the said Mr: Jabez Collyer< no role > Saied that altho' his Father
has already planted them Two or Three Times over He is willing to
plant againe in such manner as the Comittee shall Think fitt to
Direct.

Wee have Agreed with Mr: Joseph Hitch< no role > on the behalfe
of Mrs: Susan Surplice< no role > to Grant her a new Lease of the Watermill & a
Close called Topcliffs close lyeing in Meldred in Cambridege shire with
the woods of the same for Twenty one years from Michas next At
the old nearly Rent of Three pounds Six Shillings and Eight pouce
In Consideracon of a Fine of Ninety pounds, whereof Fifty pounds
is to be paid at Lady day next and the Remainder at Michas next.

Mr: Sivayne our Tenant of the Demeasnes of the Mannors
of Combe. Grove and Fanscombe in Rent and severall others Tenant
or subtenants of the Demeasnes of the other Mannors belonging to
this Hospitall having applied for Deputacons to prserve the Game
within the said respective mannors according to the Late Arts of
parliament That they may thereby be the better Inabled to prsent
the damage done to theirfences and grounds Wee have Ordered
Deputacons to be made out under the Comon Seale of this Hospitall
with usuall powers to be contained therein at the charge of such of
our Tenants or Subtenants as shall desire the same to Continue during the pleasure
of this Court or the Grand Comittee of this Hosptl:

In pursueance of a Refference made to us by the said Generall
Court of the four and Twentieth day of November 1710: upon the
Representacon of Mr: John Davis< no role > our Apothecary , praying an
Allowance for the Extraordinary charge of Medicines provided by
him for the use of this Hospitall from the Year 1709: Wee have
Considered of the said Reprentacon and have fully Examined into
the Alleyacons of the said Mr: Davis relateing thereunto and it
