Which Sume of-£260:09s:07d: Wee have Ordered to be Carried to
the Genll: Accompt of the Charge of this Hospitall in such Manner as the
Rents of any Estate would have been according to the Intention of the said Mr: Rand's
Will in Case the sd. Money had been at first Laid out in a Purchase

And wee being Informed of A Small Farme in Hackney now to be Sold
being part of the late Mr: Sykes's Estate Lyeing nease to some part of the
Lands there already belonging to this Hospll: Wee think it may be appear
purchase, to be made withofwhat remaines as above of the said Mr: Rand's
[..] Money and what Wee Expect further to Receive out of his Estate
and Recomend the same accordingly to this Court.

Which Report was well Liked and Approved of by this Court, And it is
Ordered that the same be in all Points Observed & Perfomed according to the
true Intents & Meaning thereof And that it be Entred in the Reportory of the
Proceedings of this Court.

Mr. Girle chose
Assistant to Mr
Terme in Cutting
for the Stone


And this Court being Informed That Mr: Simon Rydoubt< no role > >one of the
Surgeons of this Hospll: who is lately Dead was together with Mr: Ferne another
of the Surgeons Appointed to Performe the Operacon of Cutting for
the Stone in this Hospitall and that Mr. Girle the other
Surgeon is Recomended by the Grand Committee as a proper
Person to be Assistant to the said Mr: Ferne in the said
Operacon & the Dressing the Patients who are under the sd Operacon [..]
This Court thereupon chose the said Mr: Girle to be
Assistant to the said Mr: Ferne therein.

And it being Represented, to the Court That Mr
Rydont had & the other Surgeons of this Hospitall
man have Pupills with them at their Deaths who
have not Accomplished the Enne (being One yeare at
the lease) which every such pupill should be Taken
for. And that suites man happen thereupon and
other Inconveniences arise unless some Provision [..]
