to no that the manner of patients within the Hospitall ever since
August-1709: have been encreased from-240: or thereabouts to
350: or thereabouts and that the number of Outpatients which before
that time were Limitted to Sixty P month, hath been Entreased to Eighty
P month or upwards, whereby the said Mr: Davis hath been [..] to
provide a much greater Quantity of physick for the use of this Hosptl
then formerly Wee are of an Opinion that an Allowance ought to be
made him for the same and that such an allowance should be rather by
a Gratuity then Augmentacon of Sallary and Wee Recomend it to this
Court that the Gratuity should be One Hundred pounds which wee
Think to be a Reasonable Satisfaccon for his Extraordinary Charge
from the Beginning of the said Increase of Patients to this Time

Sett out for the
Repairing Crondall
Church Keeple


Wee Referred it to Mr. Mount to sett out Two Oake Trees not
Exceeding together Forty Foot growing in the Hedges or Worsted
of the Demeasnes of the manners of Combe Grove and Fanscombe
in Rent for the use of the Parishioners of Crondall in which Parish
some part of the said Demeasnes Lye, towards the Repairing the
Steeple of the Parish Church of Crondall which was Lately blown
down.

Coachouse & Stable
to be Built next
ye Hosptl Retwhouse


Mr: Trear Acquainting this Comittee that he Intended to
Reside in the House Built for the Trears of this Hospitall and there
being no Conveniency for Oath or Horses Wee have Ordered that
a Coachouse and stable be forthwith Built on the peice of Ground
Lyeing near the Hospitall Brewhouse intended for a Garden.

Court and all the proceedings therein menconed are Agreed to and
Confirmed And his Ordered that the said Report be in all points
observed and performed according to the True Intent and meaning
thereof and that the same be Entred in the Reportory of the
proceedings of this Court.
