pleasure of the Governors.

Hospitall: And also of Two little Shedds adjoyning
to the Tenement in the possion of Joseph Cook< no role > , for
One & Twenty Yeares from Michas One Thousand
Seaven Hundred & Eight; at Six pounds P And Rent
and a Fine of One Hundred & thirty pounds; whereof
One Hundred & Twenty pounds is paid down and the
Remainder is to be paid at the sealing of the said
Lease

Tennant of Stewards Farme at Parndon in Essex
(which she holds by Lease expiring at Michas
