Liberall Subscripcons towards the better support of
this Charity and more particulerly Thomas Guy< no role > Esqr :
who lately erected Three New Wards on the North
side of the First Court in this Hospitall at his own
Charge expending therein the Sume of One
Thousand pounds, now at this Court was pleased
to Declare that he would Give to this Hospitall
