and also with Mr: Ambrose Williams< no role > and Hanah< no role >
his Wife his Under tennants and with Mrs: Jane Everest< no role >
Potter their Undertennant who is now possession of the
said House for a Rolling Way of six foot clear in Breadth
by the whole Depth on the Southside of their Cellar for all
the Terme yett to come in our Lease to the said [..] Roome at 40s:
p Ann payable to Mrs: Everest for some part of the said Terme
and to Mr: Williams and his Wife for the Remainder of the
said Terme Under a provisoe that if the Hospitall shall lay
a peice of Ground out the first Court not lesse then 4: Foot
in bredth to be added to the back parts of the said House, then
the said yearly Rent is to Cease.

And wee have Ordered Staffe to be sent to
Mr: William Coatsworth< no role > desiring him to one of the
Governors of this Hospitall.

Burgall Fees Charged


Wee taking Notice that the Burying place
in this Hospitall is neare filled up Have ordered that for
the future Eighteen shillings shall be paid for the Buryall
of every person there unless by particuler Direccon from
the Comittee or Treasurer And that the Steward suffer no
person to be buried there without Leave from the Treasurer.

Fees for Burying out
of the Hospll. Hall


And wee have Ordered that the Charge for
the Use of the New and Old Hall for funeralls be as followeth
vizt: for the use of both Halls 50s: For the new hall alone 30s:
and for the Old Hall alone 20s: And that no Mourning be
putt up in either of the Halls without the Treasurers Consent
and Direccon to prevent the Damage which the Wainscott
and pictures may otherwise receive on such Occasions.

And wee have Agreed with David Ellis< no role >
Plaister 'er to lett him a Lease of Two small Old Tenements
in St: Thomas formerly but one at the Corner against the
full pott Alehouse to Mr. Ward (who refuses to renew) from
Lady day 1703: at which time the present Lease Expires for
21: yeares at the Old Rent of £2:04s p Ann and a Fine of £15:
paid in hand.

And Whereas Doctor Cox has Lodged the
Seventy pounds Awarded to be paid by the heires of Esqr Coldham
deceased to this Hospll: in the Hands of Mr. Trear upon Condicon
to be repaid to him in Case the Hospitall shall fail performeing
their parts of the Award formerly Reported for this Court
Wee have agreed and ordered that the said Award shall be
duely observed on the parte of this Hospitall And that the Clerke
