this House Wee are humbly of Opinion that in Consideration of his
past service and as an Incouragement for the time to come his Sallary
should be Increased to Forty pounds per Ann (equall to that of the
other Physician) and wee humbly recomend the same accordingly to
this Court.

All which nevertheless wee humbly submitt
to the grave Judgment and Consideracon
of this Court.

Which Report was well liked and approved of by this Court, And
the severall Matters and things therein reported to have been done or
concluded by the said Comittee are confirmed by this Court and the
severall other Matters and things therein reported as fitt to be done in the
Opinion of the said Comittee this Court agrees to and doth order that
the same be in all respected observed and performed according to the true
Intent and meaning of the said Report And that the said Report
beentred in the Book of Orders or Reportory of the proceedings of
this Court.

Mr. William Coatsworth< no role > one of the principall Surgeons
of this Hospitall appeared here and voluntarily Resigned his
said place in regard his affaires will not permitt him to give
that Attendance as his place required.

Surgeon.


The peticon of Mr. William Pepper< no role > One of our Surgeons
for cutting of the Stone and Assistant Surgeon to the other
Surgeons of this Hospitall was read praying to be Admitted
to the said place and he with Mr Thomas Stannton< no role >
Mr. John Davis< no role > and Mr: Smith being put in Nominacon
The Election sell upon the said Mr. Pepper who was admitted
accordingly during the pleasure of this Court with the usuall Sallary
and perquesites.
