And that the Seven acres of March Land lying alsoe in Plumstead of
which he agreed with the Comittee the Twenty Fourth August 1699:
to take a Lease for Twenty One Years from Michas then next following
at Twelve pounds per Ann shall be granted to him in one Lease with
the aforesaid Five acres to comence together from Michas 1701: And
that the said Rents shall be therein alsoe joined together and reserved
and made payable free from any Deduccon for taxes Wall Scotts parish
Duties or other charges which are all to be paid ad borne by the said
Joh Everitt< no role > And he is to bear the Office of Expenditor for the said Lands
and not to plow any part there of under the penalty of Three pounds per
Acre.

Mr. Jones's
Proposall

That a proposall has been made to us by one Madam
Jones to give to the Hospitall the sume of Three Hundred pounds
upon Condicon we secure by a grant or Mortgage of some part of our
Lands or Tenements the payment of Sixteen pounds per Ann
dureing her owne Life and the Life of an other person she being now
about Thirty Two Years of Age and the other person about Fifty
And wee haveing Considered of the said proposall conceive the same
will be of certaine advantage to the Hospitall if this Court shall
think fitt to accept thereof and to direct such security to be given as aforesaid
for payment of the said Sixteen pounds per Ann.

Woods sold at

And Wee further Certifye That wee have sold the
Underwood growing in the Two Woods called Culverhill Wood and
Richard and Birds Wood within our Mannor of Combe in the
County of Kent to John Kingsford< no role > of Canterbury Esqr . for One
Hundred and Forty pounds clear of all charges and he to Sence and
secure the Woods against Cattell and to leave all the young Oakes
growing and Forty Tillers or Wavers of Ash or Beach at the least upon
every acre And if Culverhill wood shall appeare to be above Eight acres
and an halfe Mr: Kingsford is to pay for the Overplus after the
Rate of Seaven pounds per Acre.

Acceptance of the
Truss relating to Mr
Burroughs Will


And whereas Mr: Edward Burroughs< no role > deceased
by his last Will and Testament gave the Residmen of his Estate
equally between the Hospitalls of Christ, St: Thomas and Bethlem
Out of which this Hospitall hath already received from his Executors
the sume of Three Hundred Thirty Three pounds Fifteen Shillings
and Sixpence Farthing And there being severall sperate Debts to a
Considerable value yet standing out and unreceived and his Executors
desire
