desireing to be excused from acting any further in the said Executorshipp
They proposed to make up their Accompts and to assigne over all such
part of the Estate as was unreceived by them to such persons as the
said Hospitalls should appoint In Trust to collect and yett in the
same for the equall benefitt of the said Hospitalls And the said
Hospitalls of Christ and Bethlem consenting thereunto we alsoe
agreed to the same And by Indentured dated the Third day of February
Anno Dom 1700: An Accompt was stated with the Execr: and they
assigned over all theresidue of the said Burroughs Estate menconed
particulerly in a schedule annexed to William Parry< no role > Benjn: Timme< no role >
and Thomas Wright< no role > (the Clerks of the said Hospitalls) In Trust
as aforesaid Which Assignment is Lodged in the hands of the said
Mr: Timme who at present is imployed to Collect and get in the
Debts and estate thereby assigned and is to accompt to the severall
Hospitalls for their respective proporcons thereof as the same comes to his
Hands And an Attested Coppy of th said Assignement is Lodged in
the Compting House of this Hospitall.

Vault under the
North side of ye Church
to be Referred for ye

And Wee being of Opinion that the Vault under the
Southside of the New Church will be sufficent for the ocacons of the
parish have Ordered that the other Vault under the North side of the
said Church be reserved for the use of this House or otherwise lett or
disposed of for the benefitt of the House.

of Leases. & Examd:
by the Governors before
they be Seated


Ground to Cotts to be
Annexed to Leasses

And Wee are of Opinion That it will be a very usefull
Method and have therefore Ordered That Drafts be made of all future
Leases wherein any speciall Covenants are to be incerted and that
such Drafts be examined by two or more of the Governor: before they are
Ingrossed And that after ingrossing teh Lease and Counterpart be
alsoe examined by Two or more of the Governor: and the Clerke of this
Hospitall before the Leases are sent to be sealed And that Grouns plotts
be annexed to all future Leases of our Houses and Grounds in or
about London and Southwarke.

And lastly Wee are to acquaint this Court That
severall differences haveing been for along timed expending between this
Hospitall and the Heirs or Trustees of John Coldham< no role > Esqr : deceased
as well concerning the Arrears of Rent and Fine upon severall Grants
made
