Agreemt: with

And Wee have agreed with Thomas Dowse< no role > of
Cripplegate London Butcher Admr: of Mr: Maryery Johnson< no role >
deceased who was Mortgagee of George Davison< no role > our Tennant of a
new Built Brick House in the said parish of St: Thomas upon a
Lease for diverse years yet to come at Ten pounds per Ann That in
regard the said Davison is run away insolvent and the House
Mortgaged to the said Mrs: Johnson will fall very much short of
answering the Mortgage Money and the Arrears of Rent and
Charges Wee will accept the sume of Fifty pounds to be forthwith paid
downe by the said Thomas Dowse< no role > in full satisfaccon & Discharge
of the sume of Seventy Four pounds six shillings which would be
due at Michas 1701: For the Rent of the said House and for the
Fine and Kent which would be then alsoe due for a little peice of
Ground adjoining to the said House upon which a Tenement pulled
downe by the said Davison sometimestood and for Law charges in
prosecuteing the said Davison and Johnson for the said Arrears

Rent-44s:

And Wee have alsoe agreed with the said Thomas
Dowse
< no role > to Grant his a Lease of the said peice of Ground from Michas
1701: for soe many years as were then to come in the Lease of the
said New Built Brick House adjoining to it at 44s: per Ann
being the old Rent reserved upon the Lease formerly Granted of the
said peice of Ground to Thomas Briscoe< no role > by whom it was assigned
to the said George Davison< no role > who agreed to surrender the same to
the Hospitall but neglected soe to doe in which Lease there are yet
about Eight years to come and therefore 'tis agreed that in the
Lease now to be granted to the said Dowse there shall be an
Excepcon of the Right or pretencons of any persons claiming
under the said Lease and that all usuall and reasonable Covenants
and Agreements shall be therein incerted And the said Thomas
Dowse
< no role > is to give his Bond for payment of the Rent and
performance of the Covenants in the Lease of the said new built
Brick House from Michas aforesaid dureing all the remainder
of the Terme.

Plumstead in Kent yeoman to Grant him a Lease of a peice of Land
containing five arres little more or less lying in Plumstead aforesaid
for Twenty One Years from Michas 1701: at Four pounds per Ann
