Transfer of the Copy hold from Mr Marton
& Mr Russell who were admitted as
Executors. of Mrs. Palmer and that the said
Mr. Freeman Mr Raper Mr Hollister are
desired to be at the said Courts and treat
and agree with Mr Freeman for
Enfranchising the said Copy holds
and also for admitting Mr Peter Thomas< no role >
to be Tenant as trustee for this Hospital

That Mr. Hayward Mr. Thomas Mr.
Mount Mr. Tho Hucks< no role > Mr Copeland & Mr. Wightman
or any three of them be a Committee &
are desired to View the Bath and
Sweating room & report their opinion
what is fit to allow a person for taking
care thereof And the said Committee are
to be Summond to meet on Thursday
the 27th. instant at ten in the forenoon

Petition of the Surgeon's
& Apothcary's Pupils


A Petition of the Surgeons & Apothecary's
Pupils was read praying that they may have
liberty to attend the Physicians of this Hospital
on their prescribing for the Patients & of inspecting
the prescriptions for their instruction in
Physick in regard the said Pupils or any
of them may have occasion to practice
