Fawether Annuitie having taken a great deal
of extraordinary pains & Secured very
well that affair, he had requested the Considerations
of the Grand Committee in that respect and
upon the information the Clerk gave of the
said Mr. Wands Services This Committee
are of Opinion that the said Mr. Wand be allowed
Ten Guineas as a Gratuity
