Physick in the Countrys where they shall reside

The Consideration of this Petition is deferrd
till the next Grand Committee which shall
be on a Tuesday and the Physicians of this
Hospital are to have notice to attend such
Committee in order to give other Sentiments
of the matter desired by the said Petition

Minutes of last Grand Committee held
the 18th. Octor. last read and approved.

Mr. Richardson one of the Hospital Tenants
in Leaden hall Street Attended & Complained of
some incroachments made by Mr. Blamyre who
holds a Neighbouring house belonging to this
Hospital as an Under tenant

Complaint of Mr. Blamyre's
Incroachment.

Mr. Trench Mr. Mee Mr. Ruck. Mr. Walburge
Mr. Foche & Mr. Lancashire or any two of them
are appointed a Committee & desired to view the
said houses & report their Opinion of the matters
Complained of.

The Clerk acquainted the Committee that
he had a Letter from Mr. Richardson the
Hospital Agent at Tibshelfe in answer to what
was wrote by Mr. Lord about they fire in the
Coalworks & Mr. Ault's oppressing his under tent.
Boorbank by which Letter it appears that the
fire was of small consequences soon extinguished
& that the Complaint against Mr. Ault was without
any reasonable cause.
