Court had been held for this Hospital on the
13th, day of July last when the proceedings
of the Grand Committee in the last Year were
approved

Mr Trear acquainted this Committee
that the Right Worshipful Sr . Gerard Conyers< no role >
late President of this Hospital departed this
life the 20th, day of July last.

Summoned

This Committee are of opinion that it
is for the benefit of the Hospital to have another
President for which Chosen and therefore
appoint that a General Court be Summoned
for that purpose to be held on Wednesday
next being the 17th of this instant August
and the Clerk is directed to send out Sumon
accordingly

Certificates

Resolved That for the future
no Certificates be granted to any Pupils
of Surgeons or the Apothecary till the same
shall have been laid before the Grand Comittee
and approved by them and the Clerk is to give
