Brewer & Butler till the next General Court

The Petitions of John Freeman< no role > & Andrew Monrow< no role >
were Severally presented and read praying to be
admitted into the said Office and being put in
nomination the said John Freeman< no role > was
appointed to Serve as Butler & Brewer till
the next General Court and he was called in
and acquainted therewith

Order'd That Mr Steers & Mr Porter do
View & take an exact plan of the Ground where
on the two Houses in Crutched fryers Stands
& that they also Observe in whose manner the said
house late Mr. Smiths is attempted to be rebuilt
& take care to inform Mr Trear if any thing be
offered to prejudice the Hospital Houses or
either of them

Licence Granted
to Mr. Bedel to
Assign his Lease
to Oliver Humphry< no role >

That Mr Bedel have leave to Assign
the Lease of the House he holds of this Hospital
in Threadneedle Street next to Mr. Hemsleys to
Mr Oliver Humphreys< no role > so as the Same be done
by the Clerk of this Hospital according to the
Covenant of the Lease and the Clerk is to Sign
a proper Licence for that purpose.

A Petition of Mr Drew the Hospitaller
of this Hospital was read praying the Consideration
of the Grand Committee touching the expence
& trouble that has been occasioned to him
& his family by means of the pulling down
part of his dwelling House & the length of
time in rebuilding the same
