Minutes of last Grand Committee held
the 11st, instant read & approved:

Martha Burchet
chose Cook.


The Committee by virtue of a liberty given
in that behalf by the last Annual General Court
of the 13th day of July last proceeded to the
Choice of a Cook for this Hospital and the several
Petitions of Martha Burchet< no role > Esther Butler
Ann Jennings< no role > were presented & read Severally
praying to be admitted to be Cook in the
room of Phebe Johnson< no role > deceased and
Ann Smith< no role > attended & pray'd to be Chosen
into the said Office & the said persons
being severally put in nomination
The Majority of Votes fell on Martha
Burchet
< no role > & Ann Jennings< no role > & they
being again put up Martha Burchet< no role >
