read praying to be elected Porter in the
room of the said Saml. Sladen< no role > & they were
called in & being with drawn were Severally
put in Nomination & the Majority falling
on Thomas Bingham< no role > & Wm. Gray &
they were put up again & the Choice fell
on Wm. Gray & he was Elected Porter
