towards the expence which upon consideration
of the whole matter this Committe think it not
incumbent on the Hospital to do

Mr Fox attended on behalf of Mr. Humphries
who has agreed to purchase one of the Houses
in Threadneedle Street lately Leased to Mr. Wm. Bedel< no role >
and prayed that this Committee would please
to grant a Licence for the Assignment
But Mr Helmesly the Hospital tenant of
the next adjoyning house attending & Complaining
that he is anoyed by the water runing from
the top of Mr Bedels house this matter was
thereupon defirrd till the next Grand Comittee
and in the mean time Mr Helmesley is to
leave with the Clerk the matter of his Complaint
in writing & Mr Bedel is to have Notice
of the Complaint & to attend the next Grand
Committee

The Clerk acquainted this Committee that
one Willm Hill< no role > who has agreed for a small
Lease at Tibshelf is dead & his widow has
administered & desires the Lease may be
made to her.

his widow Deborah < no role >


Order'd. That the Lease be made accordingly

The Clerk also acquainted that the Widow
Smith who had agreed to take a Small Lease
at Tibshelf is dead having made a Will
and appointed her Son Thomas Smith< no role > Extor
but Smith dont prove the Will & lives in
