in the Grange road in the Parish of St. Mary
Magdalene Bermondsey & to Grant
then a Lease of the Whole for a term of
55 Years from Michas next at £24
P Ann clear rent & £50 Fine They
to rebuild the House now in Ruins
and to make a New Roof to the biggest
and otherwise compleat [..] repair
the same & all other buildings and lay out
in such new buildings & repairs the Sum
of £400 within 7 Years & to make the
same appear when required

Gave 1 Guinea to poor box

A Report from the Committee for Repairs
and new buildings was laid before this
Committee by Mr. Treasurer & read & approved.

Mr. Treasurer acquainted the Commitfer
that Several Persons having applied to
him for taking houses in the New buildings
in St. Thomas's Street he had made the
following agreements Subject to the
approbation of the Grand Committee Vizt.
