Edward Everett< no role > and his desired that the Sealing
the Lease may be suspended till the said Treasurer
son [..] attains 21 which will be in abt. a year
& ½ and the said Mr. Everett attending to make
that request of the Committee It is Directed
that the sealing the said Lease be suspended
Accordingly.

This Committee taking into Consederation
the Proposal made by the Gentleman of the Mile-
End Turnpike do apprenhend the price offer'd by
them for the Hospitals Grant at Hackney is
to Low whereof Mr. Dawkins is desired to acqnt.
these Gent. And Mr. Matthew Howard< no role > is desired
to treat with the Surveyers of the Roads at
Hackney about the Gravel as he shall have
oppotunity which Mr. Howard is pleased
to Undertake
