Houses in the Tenure of Mr. Ithel in Little Old Baily
2 Houses in Black & White Court in Old Baily in tenure
of Tho. Dermer< no role > and 2 Houses in the Butcher row
in Southwark in tenure of Eliz Fee< no role > and to report
the Condition to the Grand Committee.

Mr. Treasurer is desired to appoint Mr. Robt. Warners< no role >
of Bisps Stortford Carpenter & Mr. Tho Davis< no role > of
Bramly near Guildford to View & Value the Timber
on Pinner Park farm .

Ordered That Mrs. Brown Widow of Mr. Brown
the late Tenant of Rabbs farm be allowed £10
towards the Charge of rebuilding a Chimny in the
Farm House there.

The Clerk laid before this Committee Letter
from one Mr. Watts of Hull giving an Acct. of
the bad Condition of the Estate at Biwick as to
the repairs

Orderd That the Clerk deprocare a
proper Notice of the said Condition of the Bewick
Estate to be forthwith left for the Prsent Tenant
at the Manner or Mansion House there and do
also send notice to Saml. Clark< no role > Esqr . who is comond
concerned for Mr.Sylvester & his Wife the Prsent
Tenants of Bewick and Acquaint him that the
Governors of this Hospital desire the proper repairs
at Bewick may be furthwith Done

The Clerk Acquainted this Committee that
he had procured one Mr. Saml. Praytie< no role > Gent in
Worstershire well Skilled in Cole Works to goe over
to Tibshelf & View the Hospital Cole Works
there and that he had recd 2 Letters from
Mr. Bayle giving an Account of his View
which Letters were read
