Minutes of Grand Committee of 7th August instants
read & approved.

Mr. Treasurer acquainting the Committee
that one of the Urns over the Chappel being ready
to fall the same is taken down and it will be
an expence to place it It is referr'd to Mr.
Treasurer to remove the Urns and sundial
if he shall think fit.

Lease of him from Midsumer last of the 2
Houses he holds under the Hospital in St Thom [..] .
Street for the residue of the Term he has to com
therein if he and Ann< no role > his Wife or either of
them shall so long live at a pepper Corn rent
and to pay him £113:10s

Mr. Soans treated for the 4 Houses late
Virgins in Joyner Street his proposals were
rejected Mr. Crisp treated for a Lease of the
London Bridge all House but the matter was
deferrd till another Grand Comittee

Mr. Crisp Junr. attended and proposed to take
a Lease of the 2 Houses and Ground ( [..] in
lease to Mr White) in the Maze but his offer
was rejected

Traffels Pposal

Mr. Traffels proposed to take a lease of the
same but his offer was also rejected.
